1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using WallGang (the "Service"), operated by Chuan Ling, a sole proprietor doing business as Vairlo ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who can use WallGang

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use WallGang. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Please give us accurate information and let us know through our contact form if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. The service

WallGang lets you create shared "walls" — private collaborative canvases of photos, notes, doodles, stickers, and reactions — invite people to them, and set them as your phone wallpaper. Features may vary by device and platform, and we may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post to WallGang ("Your Content"). To operate the Service, you grant WallGang a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize or format), and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service — including syncing it to the other members of your rooms and to your wallpaper and widgets. Except for the Community Picks sharing you choose yourself, described below, this license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, apart from copies retained in routine backups for a limited time or where retention is legally required.

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it. When you post to a room, remember the other members can see, move, react to, and save it.

Community Picks

Every WallGang room is private: its content is available to the members of that room, and people join by invite. One thing reaches beyond them, and only if you choose it:

• Community Picks. You can share an individual photo or room background to Community Picks, making it viewable and reusable by other signed-in WallGang members. Only the items you share this way appear there — sharing an item does not make its room, or anything else on that wall, visible to anyone.

When you share an item to Community Picks, you additionally grant other WallGang members a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, save, copy, adapt, and display that item within the Service — including using it as a background or as part of a wall of their own, and keeping it there. You grant WallGang the right to sublicense to those members for that purpose. This is a license to use your item inside WallGang; it does not let anyone sell it or use it outside the Service.

Sharing to Community Picks is difficult to take back. You can stop offering an item in Community Picks at any time, and it will no longer appear there. But walls that already use it may continue to display it, and other people may already have saved a copy. If you delete the item or your account, it will normally disappear from those walls as well — but we can't guarantee retrieval of copies others have already saved, and we can't undo the fact that it was public. Please only share something to Community Picks if you are comfortable with that being permanent, and never share content that shows another identifiable person without their agreement.

6. Acceptable use

Keep WallGang a good place to be. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates others' privacy or rights;
• Upload anyone's photo or personal content without their permission;
• Use the Service to spam, phish, distribute malware, or attempt to breach security;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or access it through unauthorized means;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Purchases & subscriptions

The core of WallGang — shared walls, drops, and wallpaper sync — is free, and the group-chat-replacement part always will be. We also offer an optional paid subscription, WallGang Plus, that unlocks extra features such as a higher limit on the group rooms you can own, Shared and Personal Shuffle, and more shared frames and photos, along with new Plus perks as they ship. The specific features included in Plus may change over time.

Billing. WallGang Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan. Purchases are made through and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, charged to the store account you buy with. The current price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and prices may vary by region and are subject to change (we'll give notice where required, and increases won't take effect until you agree where the store requires it). We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management provider, to process store purchase receipts and keep track of your subscription status across your devices.

Auto-renewal & cancellation. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your store account is charged for the renewal within that window. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and Plus stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies, so refund requests generally go through them rather than us. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

8. Our intellectual property

WallGang and its name, logo, design, software, and content (other than Your Content) belong to Chuan Ling (doing business as Vairlo) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using WallGang and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses already used, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallGang and Chuan Ling (doing business as Vairlo) won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or the minimum permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as WallGang evolves. When changes are material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
